Before growing his nationwide portfolio, Kris documented his entire strategy on a local level in his first book, The Strait Path To Real Estate Wealth. His local success was the perfect spring board to scaling his team and system on a nation-wide level.
Kris founded his turnkey real estate investment company to identify the very best markets and acquire the best real estate. Kris specializes in purchasing undervalued single family homes in his "Hot Markets," each with 20%+ overall potential ROI's. Kris' strategy typically requires holding these homes for a short term (3-7 years) and then exchanging them for additional homes, thus creating a serious tax-free, compounding effect.
PARTNER ELIGIBILITY
Kris considers partnering with those who have some money ready to invest, and he also offers a hands-off “do-it-for-you” approach to wealth-building. Savings, 401k’s, IRAs, annuities, home equity, etc. are great sources that can be used to invest in real estate. Partners who are selected usually purchase several homes in their first year with a $35,000 average investment per property.
The Funding Partner receives his initial investment back when liquidating the portfolio
before profits are split 50/50 with Kris. Funding Partners play a fairly passive role, although they are there for all major decisions. Kris' team navigates all of the day to day affairs, from acquiring the best deals to management and reporting.
